Brad Mosen Motorsport Race Car 2009/2010

Engine:                                                                             

This year we have replaced the Stanton Mopar with a brand new Graham Chevy Hawk. This engine was designed and assembled by Barry Graham in Sydney for Brad. There is a new type of head available for this engine and further to that, Barry has modified this head to suit Brad and the tracks we race on. Barry saw Brad win the 50 Lap International Feature race in January of last season. This engine has both more horsepower and torque so it will provide all we will need from an engine.

Chassis:

We have elected to continue with the Aggressor Chassis, designed and built by Justin Insley. Brad ran the Aggressor last season which was our second year in the car. We found that this chassis was fantastic at Western Springs, or any track with either a lot of drive or lots of holes, or both. Problem with the chassis, we could not hook it up at the slick tracks. This season we have built a brand new chassis, and this Aggressor has been modified to be better on the slick tracks whilst still working well on the Western Springs surface.

The car will be black this year, the main reason for this is we have purchased the Carbon Fibre panel kit and these seem to work better with a coat of clear over them. The graphics will be layed over the top of both sides so a bit of colour there. I have attached a graphic of the proposed signage:
